Over the previous 12 months, JDR Software has run a number of employee-initiated Brown Bag Sessions.

These are informal gatherings, usually around lunchtime, sometimes with team building, but usually focused on training and education, with the added bonus of bringing the teams together in a social setting.

These sessions have a smaller, more social and intimate feel than the typical department or team meeting.
